Position Overview

The Director of Marketing at BrandsRevenue will be responsible for leading the development and execution of the company’s marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. This role will oversee a team of marketing professionals and work closely with cross functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives.


Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Planning & Leadership

 Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the company’s goals and objectives.

 Lead the marketing team, providing direction, mentoring, and professional development opportunities.

 Monitor market trends, competitive activities, and consumer behavior to inform strategy.

2. Brand Management

    Oversee the development and execution of brand positioning, messaging, and identity.

    Ensure consistent and cohesive brand representation across all channels and touchpoints.

    Manage the brand’s reputation and drive brand loyalty and engagement.

3. Campaign Management

    Plan, execute, and optimise multichannel marketing campaigns (digital, social media, email, content, events).

    Develop KPIs and measure the effectiveness of campaigns to ensure high ROI.

    Work with the creative team to develop compelling marketing materials and content.

4. Customer Acquisition & Retention

    Develop strategies to acquire new customers and retain existing ones.

    Use datadriven approaches to segment audiences and personalize marketing efforts.

    Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing activities with sales goals and support lead generation.

5. Digital Marketing

    Oversee digital marketing initiatives, including SEO/SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.

    Stay abreast of emerging digital trends and technologies and incorporate them into the marketing strategy.

    Analyze digital performance metrics and adjust strategies to maximize digital presence and engagement.

6. Market Research & Analysis

    Conduct market research to identify opportunities, challenges, and trends.

    Analyze customer insights, market data, and campaign performance to make informed decisions.

    Prepare reports and presentations for senior management on marketing performance and strategies.

7. Budget Management

    Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.

    Track spending and ROI to ensure financial accountability.

    Negotiate with vendors and partners to optimize marketing investments.

8. Collaboration & Communication

    Work closely with product development, sales, and other departments to align marketing strategies with business objectives.

    Foster strong relationships with external partners, agencies, and vendors.

    Communicate marketing plans and performance to stakeholders at all levels.

 Qualifications

 Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred.

 Experience: 10-15 years of marketing experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.

 Skills:

   Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing strategies.

   Strong understanding of digital marketing and data analytics.

   Excellent leadership and team management skills.

   Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

   Ability to think strategically and creatively.
