Terms & Conditions for Sales Leadership Training


Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before enrolling in the Sales Leadership Training program. By enrolling in the program, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.


1. Enrollment:

   1.1. Enrollment in the Sales Leadership Training program is subject to availability and approval by BrandsRevenue.

   1.2. You must provide accurate and complete information during the enrollment process.

   1.3. BrandsRevenue reserves the right to reject any enrollment application at its sole discretion.


2. Payment:

   2.1. Payment for the Sales Leadership Training program is due upon enrollment, unless otherwise specified in writing by BrandsRevenue.

   2.2. Payment must be made in full unless alternative arrangements have been agreed upon in writing by both parties.

   2.3. Failure to make payment may result in the cancellation of enrollment.


3. Cancellation and Refunds:

   3.1. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to the training provider.

   3.2. Cancellation requests received more than 30 days before the start date of the program may be eligible for a full refund, minus any non-refundable fees specified at the time of enrollment.

   3.3. Cancellation requests received within 30 days of the start date of the program may not be eligible for a refund, unless otherwise determined by the training provider.

   3.4. No refunds will be provided for participants who fail to attend the program without prior notification.


4. Program Changes:

   4.1. BrandsRevenue reserves the right to make changes to the Sales Leadership Training program, including but not limited to the schedule, curriculum, instructors, and venue.

   4.2. In the event of a significant change to the program, the training provider will make reasonable efforts to notify enrolled participants in advance.


5. Participant Conduct:

   5.1. Participants are expected to conduct themselves in a professional manner at all times during the Sales Leadership Training program.

   5.2. Any behavior deemed inappropriate or disruptive by the training provider may result in the participant being removed from the program, without refund.


6. Intellectual Property:

   6.1. All materials provided as part of the Sales Leadership Training program, including but not limited to presentations, handouts, and recordings, are the intellectual property of the training provider and/or its licensors.

   6.2. Participants may not reproduce, distribute, or share any materials from the program without prior written permission from BrandsRevenue


7. Limitation of Liability:

   7.1. To the extent permitted by law, the training provider shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the Sales Leadership Training program.

   7.2. The total liability of the training provider for any claims arising under these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the amount paid by the participant for the program.


8. Governing Law:

   8.1. These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bengaluru Karnataka court.

   8.2. Any disputes arising under these Terms & Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru judicial court

Terms & Conditions for Market Fit Strategy Training - BrandsRevenue


Please carefully read the following Terms & Conditions before enrolling in the Market Fit Strategy Training program offered by BrandsRevenue. By enrolling in the program, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
